Lincoln now has four listed Bike Friendly Businesses with the League of American Cyclist

Senate Preparing to Vote on New Transportation Bill

Via bikeleague.org: The Bike Apocalypse (A-bike-alypse?) will not come…yet. We were fearful when the new transportation bill (MAP-21) failed to include any of the funding traditionally made available for pedestrian and bicycle transportation, but the support that was relayed to Senators from across the country has had the desired effect: the Cardin-Cochran amendment will restore funding of bicycling and walking to the bill.
