BikeLNK Birthday Week Celebrations!
What: BikeLNK Birthday Week Celebrations which include the F Street Community Center Art Station Launch and the BikeLNK Birthday Party!● In honor of BikeLNK’s birthday week, those wanting to try the system can get their first month of a Monthly Membership for free with the promo code BDAY19 on www.bikelnk.com or the BCycle App.● The launch of the F Street Community Art Station – the world’s first ever art covered bike share station! – was made possible through a truly collaborative effort between South of Downtown Community Development Organization, the City of Lincoln, Downtown Lincoln, Lincoln Public Schools, & Heartland Bike Share- the art station was designed by Lincoln Public School students and local artists. This community-driven project was made possible by a grant from Better Bike Share. This event will also feature a LIBA ribbon cutting.● The BikeLNK Birthday Party will be a true birthday bash including free cake from Kitchen Sink Bakery. Prizes donated by a variety of community partners (Lincoln Running Company, University of Nebraska-Lincoln Outdoor Adventures Center, Bike Walk Nebraska, Screen Ink, Hound Dog Cycling Adventures, and Hub Cafe) will be raffled off to attendees. Along with a special prize, donated by Screen Ink, for the person who brings the most friends to the event. Rutabagas Vegan Comfort Food will be on site at Code Beer starting at 3pm and Code Beer will be hosting an after party with drink specials for BikeLNK party attendees.
