• Saturday Morning No Drop Fat Bike Ride (SMNDFBR) – Cycle Works

Sunday (August 28)

• Heat Stroke 100 – GPBC
  • Time: 7am
  • Start: Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum
  • Info: The 2016 Heatstroke 100 ride will be Sunday August 28th beginning at 7:30 am. The ride will start and end at the Strategic Air and Space Museum east of Ashland on Nebraska Highway 66 next to Mahoney State Park.
• Old Cheney Road Farmers’ Market
  • Time: 10am-2pm
  • Location: 5500 Old Cheney Rd
  • Info: Ride to the Farmers’ Market and show your BicycLincoln Helmet Sticker to get entered into the monthly drawing.

Get Out and Ride (GOAR) is a Sunday night blog post that we’ll do our best to consolidate all the bicycling events, rides, and races coming up in the next week into one easy to digest list of details and links with a different featured event each week. The plan will be to update these posts with more events and details as the week goes on, and help get more people in the know about cycling related activities around Lincoln.
